Nexus Fan Fair is a community-focused gaming event
It is designed to celebrate fans by bringing them closer to their favorite gaming stars
We created Nexus Fan Fair as a way to give back to our fans, by giving them an opportunity to come together and share their passion for gaming, alongside their favorite content creators and esports players.

The event is open to all members of our community and fans who share a passion for gaming and would like to meet their favourite gaming stars. Its a family-friendly event, and everyone is welcome!
4. Is there an age restriction for attendees?
While the event is open to all ages, some activities or portions of the event may have age restrictions. Details regarding age-specific activities will be provided in the event proper. Additionally for attendees who are minors, we kindly request that they be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately, all purchases made are non-refundable.
7. What can attendees expect at the event?
Our event offers a wide range of exciting activities for all attendees to enjoy! VIP and VVIP ticket holders will have the exclusive opportunity to meet and greet gaming stars. Moreover, all attendees will have access to exclusive discounts on merchandise from our booth exhibitors. Additionally, there will be interactive community activities, live musical performance and chance to win amazing prizes from our raffle game.
8. Will there be food and beverages available at the event?
Yes, there will be food and beverage vendors on-site.
9. Can we bring outside food into the venue?
Unfortunately, no. For safety reasons, outside food is not permitted within the venue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
10. Can I cosplay at the event?
Yes, cosplayers are highly encouraged to attend the event.
11. Will there be opportunities for autographs and photos with special guests?
Yes, VIP and VVIP ticket holders have special access to the meet and greet sessions with gaming stars, where you will get the opportunity to obtain autographs and photos.
